Privacy Policy
Okify runs on a "collect less" principle: the app asks for only what a given feature actually needs to work, and your creative material never lingers. Below is the full picture, in plain terms.
1. Personal Information We Collect
1.1 AI & Cloud Processing Data
When you create a video, only the media you actively choose is sent for processing, and it is used strictly to produce the effect you asked for.
•What is processed — only the specific photos or clips you select are uploaded, and each upload is used solely to generate the exact AI effect you requested.
•No biometric profiling — we never build, collect, or store facial templates, raw facial feature vectors, or any persistent facial identifier.
•No secondary use — your uploaded media is never used for advertising, user profiling, or pre-training AI models without your explicit consent.
•Immediate deletion — the original image or video is permanently removed from our servers the moment the result is returned; no copy is kept.
•Proprietary infrastructure — generation runs on our own models on private infrastructure; your content is not forwarded to any third-party AI API or external cloud model.
1.2 Usage & Device Information
To keep the app stable and secure, we collect technical signals tied only to an anonymous device identifier: a unique device ID (UUID), OS version, device model, mobile network information, IP address, access logs, and your interaction history within the app.
Okify has no account or sign-in system, so this data is linked only to an anonymous device identifier and does not identify you as an individual.
2. How We Use Your Information
•Core Functionality — to run the AI generation, animation, and editing features you request.
•Customer Support — to diagnose issues you report and respond to your inquiries.
•Security & Safety — to detect abuse, prevent fraud, and protect the integrity of the service.
•Service Improvement — to understand aggregate usage and refine features and performance over time.
3. Device Permissions
•Photos — to let you select and edit the media you want to turn into a video.
•Camera — to capture new content directly for AI processing.
•Tracking (IDFA) — used only for a personalized experience, and only after your explicit consent through Apple's prompt.
•Notifications — to alert you when your AI generation is complete.
4. Third-Party Disclosure & Data Transfer
We do not sell your personal data. We rely on a small number of trusted infrastructure providers (such as AWS) bound by confidentiality agreements, and we do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing. We may disclose information where required by law. Any international transfer of data is carried out in line with applicable security standards.
5. Data Security & Retention
Original media is deleted immediately after processing, as described above. Technical data tied to your anonymous device identifier is retained only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy. All data in transit is protected with industry-standard end-to-end encryption.
6. Children's Privacy
Okify is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn that we have, we delete it immediately.

Terms of Service
Opening Okify means agreeing to the rules below — it's the deal between you and us. Two parts deserve a close read: how AI-generated content is treated, and what you're not allowed to make.
1. Acceptance of Terms
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, to use Okify. By using the app you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Generative AI (AIGC) Provisions
2.1 Input Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you submit. You must hold the necessary rights to any material you upload, and your input must not infringe the rights of any third party.
2.2 Output Nature
AI-generated output may not be unique across users, and we make no guarantee as to its accuracy, quality, or appropriateness for any purpose.
2.3 AI Labeling & Watermarking
In compliance with applicable digital-content regulations, Okify may embed digital watermarks or "AI-Generated" metadata in output. Circumventing, altering, or removing these identifiers is prohibited.
3. Intellectual Property
•Your input — you keep ownership of the original content you provide, and grant Okify a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process it solely to deliver the service.
•Your output — rights to the generated result transfer to you upon creation for personal or commercial use, subject to your subscription tier.
•Our property — the app's interface, proprietary AI models, filters, templates, and music are owned by the developer and protected by copyright.
4. Apple App Store Subscriptions & Payments
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Prices may change with prior notice. Plans auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are handled by Apple Support. Any compute credits included with a plan may expire at the end of the billing cycle.
5. Prohibited Conduct
•Creating deepfakes or non-consensual intimate imagery.
•Generating illegal content, including CSAM, extreme violence, or hate speech.
•Reverse engineering the AI model weights or architecture.
•Presenting AI output as real human-captured content for fraudulent purposes.
6. Privacy & Data Security
Your use of Okify is governed by our Privacy Policy. Where possible, processing runs on-device using your device's NPU; cloud processing uses encryption in transit and deletes source media after the task is complete.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Okify is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including those arising from AI "hallucinations" in output or from data loss.
8. Service Modifications
We may modify these terms or the app's features as AI regulations and technology evolve. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

5. 禁止行为

•对 AI 模型权重或架构进行逆向工程。
•将 AI 输出伪装成真实人类拍摄的内容以实施欺诈。
6. 隐私与数据安全
你对 Okify 的使用受我们的隐私政策约束。在可行的情况下，处理会借助设备的 NPU 在本地运行；云端处理采用传输加密，并在任务完成后删除源素材。
7. 责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，Okify 不对任何间接、附带或后果性损害承担责任，包括因 AI 输出"幻觉"或数据丢失所引起的损害。
8. 服务变更

Subscription Terms
A VIP membership opens up everything Okify can create. Before you subscribe, here's the honest rundown on what you're charged, when it renews, and how to stop it.
1. Service Overview
An Okify VIP membership unlocks premium generation, effects, and export options. Plans are offered on weekly, monthly, and yearly terms, with payment charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase.
2. Auto-Renewal
ⓘYour subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal charge is applied to your Apple ID within 24 hours before the current period ends.
3. How to Cancel
You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from your device:
- Open the Settings app and tap your name (Apple ID) at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Find Okify: AI Video Maker in the Active list.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
If you don't see a Cancel button, the subscription is already cancelled and will not renew. Your access remains active until the end of the current paid period.
4. Refund Policy
As the developer, we cannot process refunds for App Store purchases directly. Refund requests are reviewed and handled by Apple. Please submit yours at reportaproblem.apple.com.
5. Free Trial
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
